Al Harthy commercial corporation is individuality corporation which was established in 16–1– 1978 by virtue of permit number (392) which issued from ministry industry and commerce where the location of the corporation in that time was in Sana'a, but now it's main location is in ADEN and it has tow branches one in Sana'a and the other one is in Shabwah, also it has investment and commercial activities and tourist village in ADEN .

The aims of this corporation are including investment, trading cars, lorries and pickup, vehicle, spare parts and real estate .

In 1987 the active of corporation was extension to a new active that was in traveling and tourism field through beginning and opening al harthy traveling and tourism agency in ADEN, who was the general agent for Egypt air lines in the eastern and southern government. In addition to representative for Yemeni air lines .

In the beginning of 2002 was added to the active of the corporation the import and sale china cars and spare parts and it's accessories and requirements and necessaries and it could to fulfillment a good repute and position in the Yemeni marketing and it is now the sole agent for three famous international chinies companies .
